Let our program show you how you can learn to be at peace with your relationship with food through one-on-one nutrition, motivation and mindset coaching. Our expert dietitians will coach you on identifying your food habits and help you grocery shop, plan meals and dine out in a way that suits your individual lifestyle and needs.

We will also support you in better understanding how your lifestyle, stress and sleep may be affecting your nutrition and weight management goals. This will enable you to get to the root causes of your weight management issues and tackle them with confidence.

Food for Thought Nutrition Program (5 sessions)

The best way for us to help you is to first learn about you. Each of our programs begins with a comprehensive assessment focused on you and your needs. We'll talk about your lifestyle and health history and discuss your diet, eating habits and wellness goals to create a personalized action plan just for you.

In your second session, we'll teach you about the connection between nutrition and your health concerns and provide you will practical tools and advice that fits your lifestyle.

In our Food for Thought Nutrition Program, you can choose to explore topics like:

  • Creating a balanced plate

  • Macronutrients and micronutrients

  • Mindful and intuitive eating

  • Joyful movement and active living

  • Stress management and coping strategies

  • Mental health and nutrition therapy

  • Tips for promoting a restful sleep

Grocery shopping can be overwhelming. We'll share practical shopping tips, explore food swaps and healthy meal ideas, and teach you how to read food labels and choose products that fit your nutrition needs so you can shop, eat and cook for a better life.

The Food for Thought Nutrition Program includes two follow-up sessions to help support your weight management goals. You and your dietitian will decide on topics to discuss to help your weight management journey, including goal setting, meal planning, and education on nutrition topics that will help you build sustainable healthy behaviours.
